Language: On this site the only language to be used is English, this makes it easier for all to understand what is being said. Certain phrases are permitted if they are well known. Speaking in a foreign language, everything will be translated by staff and if it is found to be offensive or break a rule in anyother way it will be dealt with. The majority of swear words are permitted, but they are not to be directed to players with any sort of malicious intent. To fit in with theme however, you may use certain phrases/languages from the Elder Scrolls universe but if a staffer believes you are using it excessively and asks you to stop then do so, if you don't then you shall be muted.

Advertising/Links:Advertising and/or the posting of links is forbidden in chat locations, mails and everywhere else on the site. Mentioning other sites is also forbidden; we do permit the mentioning of sites we are linked to, but links and constant mentioning/discussing of these sites is also not allowed. The breaking of this rule may result in the inability to speak through mail or chat, perhaps even a ban. In continuation the giving out of personal information is also forbidden on this site, we strive to protect players as best we can. We also condemn advertising our site on any other sites that explicitly do not allow such advertising.

Glitches/Cheating: If you discover a glitch or a bug, please send in a petition giving as much information as you can including a link if possible of where it occurred. Any form of cheating or abuse of glitches will result in punishment.

Chatspeak/Spam: We ask players to refrain from using chatspeak in chats and mails such as wtf, brb and so on. Chatspeak is abbreviations such as those listed. Spamming is considered as anything more than 4 consecutive posts however it is not regarded as spam if it is an RP. We also count spam as: the same letter/symbol/word/number more than 5 times in a row, for example !!! is permitted however !!!!!!!! is not. Continuous breaking of this rule will result in a mute. Unnecessary usage of CAPS is also not allowed, please keep the usage of CAPS to a single word or half of your post, it's not necessary to make the majority of your post caps. We have the italic and bbold features for this reason.

Alts: There is no limit on Alts, but is forbidden for alternate characters under one user to interact in any way that the user would benefit this includes; PVP, marriage and any others.

Cybering: Cybering is only permitted in mails and dwellings only, not public chats. It is only permitted between two adult players whose characters MUST be humanoid. Nudity in avatars is also not permitted. Breaking these rules will be dealt with accordingly.

Drugs, Smoking, Alcohol and Other Issues: Alcohol can be mentioned, however staff again retain the right to ask you to limit your references if it's deemed too excessive. Real world issues, such as politics and religion should be left out of chats: this means political views, political and religious figures, however mention of the word 'god' when not in reference to the religious figure is permitted. Real life issues and drama should also be kept out of chats. Repeated offenders of the above issues, will be muted.
